Refund policy

Return/Exchange Policy

REFUNDS honored within 14 days from the date you received the item (back to original credit card used) and we offer EXCHANGES up to 30 days . No cash refunds.

Items must be eligible for return:

  1. Items must be unused/unworn and in original manufacture packaging (if applicable) with all original tags in tact.
  2. No returns on surfboards, SUP's, Onewheels, or eFoils/electric assist.
  3. All sales final on used equipment.
  4. All sales final on clearance items.
  5. Special & custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please follow the instructions below to return/exchange your item.


To start the return process, please email us at info@gorgeperformance.com or call us at (503) 246-6646 to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please write the RA# on the outside of your package next to the shipping label. 

We will provide the return shipping label via email. 

Once we receive the item, we’ll credit your card for the valid refund amount. NOTE: refunds can only be credited back to the credit card charged for the original purchase.

For Exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item rather than waiting for your returned item to fully process. 

How we calculate your refund amount:

Your refund amount will be the purchase price less shipping charges. If the item you are returning qualified for FREE shipping, your refund amount will equal the product’s purchase price less our shipping/handling cost. We will not withold shipping costs if the items is being returned as a result of our error.

Shipping damages and other issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and proceed accordingly.
